You hold time within your hands, and see it all, from beginning to end. Please keep and carry these precious people in their sadness and loss. Cover them with your great wings of love, give their weary hearts rest and their minds sound sleep. Lord, lift their eyes so that they may catch a glimpse of eternity, and be comforted by the promise of heaven.
We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus.
Amen
You have our deepest sympathy and unwavering support. Wishing you peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of sorrow.
Also praying for a speedy recovery to:
Christopher Braden, 55, who is still in stable condition,
Zaire Goodman, 20 (treated and released from Erie County Medical Center), a City Honors graduate who survived a bullet through his neck and back while collecting shopping carts in the parking lot.
Jennifer Warrington, 50 (treated and released from ECMC), a pharmacist at the supermarket.
Lord, look upon them with eyes of mercy.
May Your healing hand rest upon them,
may Your life-giving powers flow into every cell of their bodies and into the depths of their soul.
Cleanse, purify, restore them to wholeness and strength for service in Your Kingdom. In Jesus Name, Amen.
